📋 What We Collect

Palia Central is designed to work without an account. Here's what may be collected depending on how you use the app:

If you use the app without an account:

All your progress data (collectibles, recipes, storage, skill levels, villager gifts, board progress) is stored locally on your device only — we never see it.
Firebase anonymous authentication is used in the background to keep things running smoothly. This does not identify you personally.

If you create an account (optional, for cloud sync):

Your email address, used to create and manage your account.
Your in-app progress data, synced to the cloud so you can access it across devices.

If you subscribe to the Supporter tier:

Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment details.

🚫 What We Don't Collect

We don't collect any of the following — ever:

Your location
Your contacts
Photos or camera access
Microphone access
Any data from the Palia game itself

🔧 How We Use Your Data

We only use data to make the app work for you:

Your email is used to manage your account and send important account-related messages (no marketing emails).
Your progress data is used to sync your tracking across devices when you're signed in.
Anonymous usage data helps Firebase run authentication reliably.
Purchase records from Apple or Google confirm your Supporter tier access.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Palia Central uses a small number of trusted third-party services to function:

🔒 Data Storage & Security

By default, all your progress data lives on your device and goes nowhere. If you create an account, your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure).

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. If you ever have concerns, please reach out to us directly.

⭐ Supporter Tier

Palia Central offers an optional Supporter tier at $2.99/month, $14.99/year, or $24.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase.

All payments are processed securely by Apple or Google — we never see or store your payment details. Purchases are subject to each platform's own terms and refund policies.

👶 Children's Privacy

Palia Central is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello.nevora@outlook.com and we will delete it promptly.

🗑️ Deleting Your Data

You're always in control of your data. If you'd like to delete your account and everything associated with it, you can:

Go to Settings inside the app and select Delete Account.
Email us at hello.nevora@outlook.com and we'll take care of it for you.

If you use the app without an account, there's nothing stored on our end — all your data is on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

📝 Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time as the app grows or things change. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally, but we'll always keep this page at the same URL.
